Terms of use

Version 2.0 · Effective 18 October 2026

These terms apply to your use of advizin.in and to enquiries you make through it. Work we do for you as a client is governed by your engagement letter or proposal; if anything in it differs from these terms, the engagement letter prevails.

1. About us

advizin.in is operated by Advizin Private Limited (CIN U70200TS2023PTC175907), First Floor, H. No. 8-2-681/A/1/C, Road No. 12, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad 500034, India. Advizin is a consulting company. Work that the law reserves for licensed practitioners, such as statutory audit or attestation, is not offered by Advizin; where your matter needs it, it is carried out by independent licensed professionals engaged separately.

2. Information on this website

Articles, the compliance calendar, the free tools and other content are general information, prepared with care and checked on the dates shown. They are not professional advice for your situation. Tax and regulatory rules change often, and the right answer depends on your full facts. Please confirm with us, or another qualified adviser, before acting.

3. Free tools

Calculators, estimators, the ITR form finder, the business structure guide and the checklists give indicative results based on the inputs you provide and the rates noted in each tool. They may not cover every exception, surcharge, notification or change in law. Prices shown are starting prices for typical cases; the final fee depends on scope and volume and is confirmed in writing before we start.

4. No engagement until confirmed

Contacting us through the website, email or WhatsApp does not create a client relationship. We become responsible for a matter only after we confirm the scope and fee in writing and you accept it. Please do not send confidential documents until we ask for them.

5. Your responsibilities as a client

  • Give us complete, accurate and timely information and documents. Our work relies on what you provide.
  • Review returns, statements and filings we prepare and approve them before submission. You remain responsible for their contents as the taxpayer or company.
  • Complete steps only you can take, such as e-verification, OTP approvals, signing with your DSC and paying taxes, on time.
  • Tell us promptly about notices, changes in your business or anything that affects deadlines.

6. Fees and payments

Fees are as agreed in your proposal or engagement letter and are exclusive of GST unless stated. Government fees, late fees, interest, penalties, stamp duty and third-party charges are payable by you in addition. Unless the engagement letter says otherwise, fees for work already started are not refundable.

7. Confidentiality and data

We keep client information confidential and use it only to deliver our services and meet legal obligations. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable laws.

8. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the website: no attempts to break its security, overload it, scrape it at scale, upload malicious code, or use our forms to send spam or unlawful content.

9. Intellectual property

The content, design, tools and the Advizin name and logo belong to Advizin Private Limited or its licensors. You may view and print pages and use the tools for your own purposes. You may not copy, republish or sell them without our written permission.

10. Links to other sites

We link to government portals, software downloads and other sites for convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or security. Download software, such as DSC signers or utilities, only from the official source.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Advizin is not liable for loss arising from use of the general website content or free tools, from government portal outages, from changes in law after our advice, or from incomplete or inaccurate information given to us. For client work, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for that specific service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Communications

By contacting us you agree that we may reply by email, phone or WhatsApp. We send reminders and updates only if you ask for them, and you can stop them at any time.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. We will first try to settle any dispute by discussion. If that fails within 30 days, it will be referred to a sole arbitrator under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat and venue in Hyderabad and proceedings in English. Subject to that, courts in Hyderabad have exclusive jurisdiction.

14. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the version and date at the top show the current one. Questions: info@advizin.in · +91 98859 04075.
